What payment methods are accepted by ALTERXE?
SEPA and SWIFT are the only payment methods currently accepted. More payment options (including Mastercard and VISA) will be available soon.
How do I start trading?
Start by sending us a request through the contact form. We will reach out to you to help you with the verification process and to get you trading as soon as possible.
Are there any limits to the amount I can trade?
The minimum trade amount is 50 EUR or equivalent. The single-trade maximum for a private individual is 5000 EUR or equivalent. We enforce a 10000 EUR per month limit for private clients. Trade limits for corporate clients shall be discussed on a case by case basis.
What is the verification process?
Clients must fill out a quick questionnaire and present certain documents, including a passport and a utility bill. The list of required documents for corporate clients depends on their jurisdiction of incorporation.
Why are you asking for my personal details / the details of my company?
ALTERXE is a licensed institution and must comply with international anti-money laundering regulations. Therefore, it is required of us to verify this information. This check is referred to as "KYC" (know your customer) and is standard in the industry.
What fees should I expect?
A service fee (charged by ALTERXE for the service we provide), a processing fee, and a network fee.
What are processing fees?
Processing fees are fees charged by financial institutions for the service of processing fiat money transactions
What are network fees?
The network fee is the fee collected by the blockchain and is rewarded to miners who verify transactions.
